You may arrive the evening of Thursday, April 18, after 3 PM.
The front gate will remain open throughout the festival.
Check-In: The check-in booth is the first booth on your right at the festival grounds.
Please check in there to receive your wristbands or pay for tickets not already purchased in advance.
Service dogs are welcome and must be on a leash at all times.
No other pets are allowed, including but not limited to horses, goats, and pigs.
Arrival:
You may arrive the evening of April 17th between 3-7 PM.
For parking next to your tent: Please set up in the designated area in front of the stages, as shown on the Walk This Earth Festival map.
This area is reserved for campers who want the convenience of parking right by their tents.
For a more woodsy experience: If you'd prefer camping in a shaded, forested spot, you can park your vehicle in the designated parking area
and carry your tent to the Shady Grove area, also marked on the festival map.
Arrival:
You may arrive the evening of April 17th or have your RV delivered between 3-7 PM.
Rental Option:
We recommend contacting GoRentRV for delivered RVs equipped with generators.
Bringing Your Own RV:
Limited electricity is available; no hookups are provided.
A generator is required.
Water: WTE has a water truck to fill RV tanks but at designated times during the festival
Fuel:
Fuel is your responsibility. The nearest gas station is Turnkey Woodson (15-minute drive):

Fire Pits: Do not bring your own fire pit. We have designated fire pits at the festival for late-night jams and hangouts.
Grills: You may bring a grill, but only propane or electric grills are allowed
Footwear: Wear boots—this is Texas, and there are cacti.
Rain Preparation: Bring an umbrella, rain boots, and a raincoat.
Provisions: Stock up on food, drinks, and supplies; the nearest grocery store/Walmart is a 45-minute drive.

BYOB: This is a BYOB event. Remember, we are in a dry county, so purchase alcohol before arrival.
Drinking Water: Bring plenty of drinking water. Stay hydrated!

Hours: Opens at 2 PM daily (20 minutes from the festival grounds).
At this time, hot showers are not available at the Walk This Earth Music Festival.
Stay within the roped-off areas of the ranch/festival grounds.
Important Note: This is a working cattle ranch. Gates are closed for a reason.
Wildlife:
Avoid interaction with wildlife (e.g., feral pigs, coyotes, cows, deer, turkey, snakes).
Do not touch or disturb the animals—this is not a petting zoo.
Report wildlife sightings to the nearest WTE staff member.
Visit the medical tent located on vendor row for assistance.
